Ruby’s Fried Chicken

From the crew behind Mister Gee, you'll find Ruby's over in Concord, slinging boxes of American-style fried chicken wings and tenders with crinkle-cut fries and housemade pickles.

Ruby's is pretty serious about their fried chicken, with each cut running through a different brining process to ensure the juiciest result. 

In terms of spice, everyone is catered to. There are five levels of spice to choose from, starting with "I have zero tolerance for chilli" to "really f**king blow your head off hot". 

Being Mister Gee, of course there's a burger on the menu. The Ruby's Sando features a jumbo thigh,  buttermilk slaw, house pickles, American Cheese, and Ruby’s signature sauce sandwiched between a pillowy sweet bun.

For something sweet, you need to try the kaya butter doughnut. It's fried on site and iced with Singaporean-style kaya butter—a sweet, caramel coconut jam.
