Rumble is a stunning South East Asian-inspired diner perfect for pre-theatre dining at The Star.
The bar is lined with glowing recycled mahjong tiles; there are rattan screens, bamboo accents, emerald green and apple red booths, and a huge mural across one of the walls. Head chef Benjamin Tan is at the helm and his dishes are inspired by his childhood and his travels through Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
From Rumble's signature vibrant blue "butterfly pea flower" rice to BBQ pork belly bao laced with salted caramel, pots filled to the brim with wok-tossed pipis, and Wagyu fried rice—this is a fun, punchy menu guaranteed to bring the vibes.
You can even gamify your cocktail choice with a game of "cocktail roulette" with the bartender. Choose from a deck of coasters and get served a surprise concoction.
