S’Age Bistronomy

The verdict

The name itself means many things, with the ‘s’ in S’Age standing for sweet and savoury, sea and soil, which should tell you a lot about the new Crows Nest restaurant, S’Age Bistronomy. On the menu, you can expect purely seasonal offerings that focus on comforting and hearty flavours in a classically French ‘bistronomy’ style. 

There is a subtle nose to tail theme to the menu, with starters of chicken liver macarons with beetroot powder and the charcuterie plate. But if that isn’t your jam, then maybe order the grilled lamb backstrap with aroma crumble and mussel emulsion for mains and the raspberry and white chocolate with vincotto, thyme meringue ice cream for dessert.
