The guys behind Salmon & Bear in Zetland have expanded to the Inner West and are bringing their delicious seafood with them. This isn't your standard fish and chip shop – all the seafood is cooked over charcoal in the Mibrasa oven to give it that unique Salmon & Bear taste.

On the healthier side of things, the poke bowls are super fresh and made using cubes of raw fish. What's poke, you ask? Originating in Hawaii, poke literally means "sections" and that's what the raw fish is cut in to. Placed on top of rice, it's accompanied by a range of sides including corn, kim chi and avocado. There are two kinds on the menu, and we suggest paying two visits so you can try both.
