The verdict
Salt Meats Cheese is popping up all over Sydney... and we’re loving it. They’re finally bringing their delicious deli offerings to the Eastern Suburbs. Rumour has it that the deli will be an impressive ten meters long and feature only the best of Italy’s culinary delights. Filling the shoes (and space) of the old Norton Street Grocer in Westfield Bondi Junction, they should have customers lining up to get to their cheese cabinet.
The space will seat 90 for Spanish tapas and woodfired pizza from 11am daily to fill your belly in between the window shopping and the patisserie kiosk is the best place to grab a coffee on your way out.
