The verdict
Ensuring that you are never too far from cheese, pizza and pasta, Salt Meats Cheese has opened yet another Italian restaurant in Sydney... This time in Broadway. The New York-style menu, created by hatted Chef Simona Ciantelli features truffle burgers, flaming parmesan wheels and the old-faithful Napoli pizza.
From Thursdays through the weekend, the space will transform into a NYC style bar complete with refreshing cocktails like the elderflower spritz and mezcal negroni offered alongside an extensive list of imported and local wines, Italian beers and Mexican tequilas.
And if you’re a hungry human like us, then you need to know about the fact these guys are making Monday nights, all-you-can-eat-pizza night at (nearly) every venue. This includes Broadway, Drummoyne and Circular Quay (and not Bondi Junction). To pick up this deal, order a drink and then fork out a cheeky $20 per person for all you can eat; simple.
