San San

San San is a creative sandwich bar in Revesby doing a modern take on the classic deli.

This spot is open seven days a week to fulfil your breakfast and lunchtime cravings with flavourful and filling fixes. The idea was “born out of a whole lot of sandwich eating, a little frustration, and a let's-do-it attitude,” says Jade Massaad, who runs San San with her brother Jonny and sister-in-law Julie.

San San takes a thoughtful, homemade approach inspired by the siblings’ Middle Eastern background. You can expect freshly baked, fluffy and airy focaccia bread, a carefully considered sandwich menu with ten options ranging from deli meats, chicken schnitzel, vegan and vegetarian options, to focaccia pizza by the slice. Unique picks also include a delicious grazing plate and chicken salad.

Fan favourites include the Mortadella, OG Schnitty, and Johnny’s Smoky BBQ. Inclusive options are also available including gluten-free focaccia bread plus all meats are certified halal, and you can satisfy your sweet tooth with desserts from Jonny’s Cake Mail including gooey cookies, a Dubai chocolate cake with pistachio and coconut, and a banoffee jar. Try the house-made baba ghanouj (their mother-in-law’s recipe) and lemonade (their father-in-law’s), plus house-made sauces including the San San sauce and San San hot honey.
