The Verdict
Conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD, Seoul Project is serving up modern Korean dishes on the daily. This bustling restaurant is always jammed packed full of hungry diners feasting on all of the BBQ meats, noodle dishes and, of course, Korean fried chicken. The real twist on this epic menu is their Korean X Mex section. Yep we’re serious, these guys are combining modern Korean flavours and putting them in tacos and quesadillas. Our fave is the simple combo of shrimp on a soft taco, with sweet corn, kimchi slaw and sour cream, which we wish we’d thought of first, TBH. Enough said.
