Shabuway holds a place in Haymarket as Sydney’s first self-service shabu shabu buffet. In a fusion of Japanese, Korean and Chinese influence, Shabuway offers a new hot pot experience, with cosy booths and tables that extend outdoors, Shabuway has 120 different seats for your next hot pot experience.

Not sure which broth to choose? This restaurant’s yin-yang hot pots hold two broths at once, allowing every table to dip premium sliced meats into multiple flavours like Japanese sukiyaki or spicy mala.

If you’re craving the freshness of sushi and the taste of stir-fry noodles, Shabuway is more than happy to provide. In addition to their hot pot, this restaurant offers a variety of popular Asian snacks, including marinated japchae, crispy takoyaki and fiery tteokbokki.

With Shabuway located in the same spot that Haymarket’s renowned Arisun previously inhabited, it is fitting that the very team behind Arisun, Butchers Buffet and Gyuniku are also running this Shabu Shabu show.

Make sure to save some room, because the menu stretches into the dessert territory with a DIY soft-serve station. With toppings of crushed Oreos, mochi and more, let this dessert station be your well-earned reward for a successful meal finished.

This all-you-can-eat hot pot is delivered in a variety of packages, with standard self-serve meals for as low as $45.90 to premium meals for $58.90. With soups and dips crafted in-house, dining at Shabuway promises a flavoursome experience.
