The Verdict

Sydney’s charcoal chicken game is strong and "Silvos" in Petersham is up there with the best.

Serving traditional Portuguese food, the extensive menu is meat heavy and full of flavour but you’d be silly not to get the BBQ chicken because it's tasty AF.

Served with hot chips and rice (because who doesn't love all of the carbs) the chicken is super succulent and cooked to perfection. Make sure you wear your stretchy pants.
