Skittle Lane Roastery & Coffee Bar is the second Northern Beaches outpost from espresso-obsessed legends Jodie Foster and Dean Wooding, located in Brookvale's industrial backstreets.

Spread across two warehouses, the cool walk-in coffee bar, roastery and retail space offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the brewing process, with a rotating roster of single-origin coffees available as espresso, batch brew, or pour-over.

A significant staple on the lineup is Skittle Lane’s House Espresso, a buttery, full-bodied sip sourced from La Falda farm in Huila, Colombia.

“Over the years, we’ve built great relationships with our green bean importers—they’re people we trust and respect,” says Dean. “Because of that, we know exactly where our coffee comes from and the story behind it.”

To complement the coffee, a neat food menu offers grilled toasties, ficelle sandwiches loaded with shaved prosciutto and daily made pastries and cookies by Staple and La Maison.

The space itself leans into its warehouse vibe, featuring polished concrete floors, exposed beams, rotating art on the walls from Hake House, an expansive takeaway window opening out to a sunny courtyard, and shoppable bits like Japanese ceramics and Skittle Lane merch on shelves, all while Lo-Fi Hip-hop beats play.

You’ll also find Skittle Lane in Sydney CBD on King Street, Circular Quay, Bondi and Manly.
