The Verdict
Slide is not so much a bar or restaurant as it is a theatrical experience. Part cabaret, part lounge, the wait staff aren't there just to bring you food - they're part of the entertainment!
The chefs aren't the only artists at Slide, sharing the floor (or is it a stage?) with mixologists, singers, dancers and acrobats. Don't try to draw any lines, just enjoy the surprises at this Sydney bar and soak up the fun.
