Montreal style bagels are coming to Woolloomooloo and guys, they’re the real deal. Mark Treviranus and Dave Young, who already know a thing or two about coffee, scoured bagel shops across North America and Canada before bringing their baked bagel goodness to our fair city.
So what makes a bagel a Montreal bagel you ask? Well they’re smaller and sweeter. These bad boys are rolled by hand and sweetened with honey before being placed in their purpose built woodfire oven. Their signature size and flavour also means you can eat more because they're smaller and because they're sweeter, depending on your choice of topping, your savoury sweet game is about to go next level.
Fans of the “open bagel” style, you’ll be able to choose from the best when it comes to toppings including butter from everyone’s favourite Pepe Saya.
