The Verdict
Sohum Yoga Space is Rockdale’s answer to all things wellness. This studio offers a variety of classes from absolute beginner through to advanced classes for anyone keen to further their yoga practice.
You’ll find sessions that focus on building core strength and flexibility, open classes for a range of levels, slow pace and alignment focused flows for any fresh yogis, breathing classes and gentle balance sessions too. And to make things even better, mat hire is only $2 per mat.
And, if ambience is anything to go by, Sohum nails relaxation vibes to a tee. The interiors here preach all things minimal with timber floors, sheer curtains and indoor ferns.
