The verdict
Sosumi isn't your average sushi train in Sydney. They bring together all your traditional sushi faves with a more high end 'gourmet' menu that is sure to excite the regular sushi train go-ers and the sushi train virgins alike.
Wagyu teppanyaki, edamame sushi and steaming hot bowls of udon soup are all prepared before your very eyes and will have you thinking you've actually jumped a plane to Japan. Located in the glamorous GPO building, Sosumi specialise in ‘iki-jimi’ style fish preparation, which is said to guarantee freshness, thus improving the quality and taste of sushi and sashimi dishes. Try it for yourself and see!
