The verdict

The newest outpost by Billu Singh, Spiced by Billu’s, will be bringing the authentic Indian food they’ve been serving Sydney for years to another location, Wulugul Walk at Barangaroo. Arguably some of the best Indian in town, Billu’s is seriously dialing up the spice-meter (and we’re pretty rapt about it). If you want a taste of ‘real’ Indian fare then Billu’s will become your go to. The menu features all of the regular favourites, like melt in your mouth buttery naan, classic curries, thalis and dosas. We’re not sure you can order the wrong thing here, TBH.
