The Verdict
Once again proving that hotels can now be destinations in their own right, Stockroom restaurant in Double Bay is dishing out the goods to Intercontinental guests and locals.
The menu is focussed on letting local ingredients shine, but everything is still presented in fine-dining fashion for a luxurious night out. Classic steaks, pancetta-kissed scallops are top picks, but most importantly, leave room for the dessert grazing table, which is enough to have any sweet tooth tugging on your sleeve.
