The verdict
Superfood Sushi is sushi as you’ve never had it before. Think watermelon, kiwi, and raw zucchini spaghetti, and you are looking at some of Superfood’s creative and totally vegan-friendly creations.
Using plant-based, colourful, innovative fillings, they do lunch, dinner, and delivery. Their interior is ecelectic and steam punk-y, with cute little terrariums housing little Studio Ghibli characters. Crowd faves include the magic mushroom, a black rice roll packed with portobello and shitake mushrooms marinated in umeboshi plum vinegar, tamari, and garlic.
