Bringing a Middle Eastern flair to The Rocks, Tayim is a restaurant packed with flavour and punch on all fronts.
The menu, with all the fixings of a classic Middle Eastern feed, has a slight twist to all your favourites (ever tried a kangaroo kebab?). Legend and hero chef Ran Kimelfeld only uses locally sourced produce, while importing authentic herbs and spices for a kick so the dishes here are absolutely off top. As for the wine list, it's been carefully curated to compliment the earthiness of Ran's menu, with the best representations from Australia, Turkey, France, Italy and more.
