ICYMI, barre combines the principles of Pilates, yoga, dance, plus strength and interval training—so yes, it’ll burn, but in that ‘hurts so good’ kind of way. Basically, it’ll lift your bum, give you abs and you’ll have a lot of fun along the way (we definitely did).
