The Verdict
Forget Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Charlie and the Clean Treats Factory has arrived in Sydney and it’s about to become your go-to for guilt-free eats and delicious healthy treats. Founded by Charlie De Haas (do you get the reference now?), the space is vast—think 1,400 square metres of monochrome, minimalist café sitting in a beautiful high-ceiling warehouse.
On the food front, it’s all about those clean eats we mentioned earlier. Yep, this is exactly where you need to bring that friend will all of the difficult dietaries, since the menu has gluten free, dairy free, vego and vegan options. Even the rocky road is good for you. You’ll be sipping on your coffee (or rainbow latte) and scoffing mountains of zucchini linguine before taking a few raw desserts home for later.
Charlie says everything in her range is all about #selflove, so go ahead and treat yo’ self.
