Dedicated to preserving the robust flavours of Indian’s North-West Frontier province, this Neutral Bay restaurant will immediately transport you to the spice markets of India.
Using the traditional method of slow-cooking in clay tandoors, the meat is succulent and tender. The chicken tandoori is a house specialty whilst the beef vindaloo is perfect for those wanting something hot and spicy. Vegetarians will also be pleased with plenty of options including the likes of baigan patiala (eggplant with a spiced tomato sauce) and a hearty pumpkin masala. And to mop up all that perfectly spiced, rich curry? Cheesy garlic naan of course! I repeat, cheesy garlic naan.
