The Verdict
The Drop is bringing premium coffee and freshly squeezed juices to the heart of Sydney’s inner west. They know all about their coffee, using a different blend of single origin coffee each week. They’ve got everything; cold trip, dirty chai frappe, almond milk iced latte, matcha green tea latte, and a 9 spice fresh chai tea. For all you coffee fiends out there, you’re going to want to add this to your bucket list.
This coffee joint in Annandale mainly offers takeaway snacks such as sandwiches, gluten-free cakes and treats, however if you really want to sit down and enjoy your brew with a bite to eat, they’ve got a special little menu just for you. You can have their home made baked beans, fig and maple muesli or sweet, sweet French toast with bacon (Mmmm bacon).
The Drop has fresh juices filled with nutrients on offer, where you can either make your own or choose from their signature blend. If you’re feeling a little dusty definitely get the Detox juice with beetroot, carrot, celery and ginger or the Energy juice with apple, orange, pineapple, ginger and mint.
But don’t worry, this place also has the naughty treats that we all deserve every once in a while (aka every day). The chocolate salted caramel slice is a favourite or the cinnamon scrolls that come from Oregano Bakehouse.
