Because it is.
You'll be lunching on seasonal share plates of oysters with finger lime and mignonette, Skull Island prawns with a herby chimichurri, creamy avocado on a tortilla or for something seriously decadent, the mushroom risotto with a big dollop of creme fraiche, Reggiano and herbs from the garden (located right there in the restaurant).
