The Verdict

This is no ordinary purveyor of hot dogs in Sydney. The Hot Dog Man interrupt your usual bland sausage nightmares with some proper free range meat and fillings that you never thought would grace your hot dog, but now you can't live without them.

The Spanish Chorizo, for example, is adorned with confit garlic aioli, manchego and greenery, making it more of a sumptous lunch-to-go that's all parts pleasure and no parts guilty. For a more substantial feed, hit up the taters and/or burgers, and finish off with one of their epic shakes.
