The Verdict
The Hub House Diner is the Inner West's answer to an American-style diner; open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a pretty diverse range of dishes. For lunch, you should order the 8-hour slow roasted sticky lamb ribs or southern fried smoky BBQ chicken wings and for breakfast; it's either the classics, or their 'pimp your breakfast' option. To truly pimp your breakfast, you can add things like an extra poachy, double smoked bacon, or the house potato hash.
Dinner is a similar story, with hearty American dishes, like a full rack of sticky hickory basted pork rib with chargrilled corn and crunchy fries on rotation. Seriously, do we really need to say any more?
