Fresh produce is king at Bondi brunch spot, The Nine. The menu was created in collaboration with David Walker (of Danks Street Depot and Pablo & Rusty’s) and is organic and sustainability-focussed. The décor is minimalist, hinting to the beachside location and with a chai spice sprinkle to lift your daily coffee fix, it really is the little things that count here. Soon the space will transform into a wine bar in the evenings, serving an organic and natural wine selection as well as a food menu to match.
