The Noble Hops

The verdict

The Noble Hops has taken over the Angry Pirate space in Redfern, and is damn serious about craft beer. Redfern has some great small bars, and The Noble Hops is definitely what Redfern needed; a friendly neighbourhood bar focussed on beer.  

The owner, Joe Wee, is offering only the best craft beer in Sydney. To make this place even greater, Wee is planning some special events for all you craft beer lovers out there including tap takeovers, brewer’s nights and potentially even creating a beer especially for the suburb of Redfern, doing a Noble Hops collaboration brew! 

So unfortunately the beer doesn’t have a kitchen, but never fear, Noble Hops is encouraging people to bring in takeaway wood-fired pizza from the new La Coppola Sicilian Pizzeria, which opened up just across the road! Pizza and beer, what more could you want?
