The Verdict
Another week, another cracking (and iconic) Sydney pub has had a face lift. And team, you’ll want to know about this one because it’s in the heart of The Rocks and serving up some seriously epic pub grub. The Observer has been overhauled by the same team that made Meat & Wine Co. great.
So that means classics with a twist—think cheeseburgers on a Pepe Saya milk bun made by Tramsheds' bakery, Dust and St Louis ribs slathered in a sriracha, BBQ and sesame sauce. We recommend you park up at this one with your entire crew, order a spritz and then hang around all night long.
The Observer will reopen on 23 December and FYI, they’ll be throwing a mean NYE party too.
