The Verdict
The Paddington Arms has had a makeover and has reopened as The Paddington; an upmarket pub on Oxford Street with a focus on great food. With Ben Greeno manning the kitchen (former Momofuku Seiobo executive chef) and a focus on roasted meats, whole fish and vegetables, the menu is designed to share with family.
The Paddington is opening their arms (see what we did there?) to the entire local community; affluent families, tradies and “farmers in gumboots” are all welcome, according to Greeno. There will also be an experiential cocktail bar, led by Sam Egerton or Palmer & Co., so there is a little something for everyone. Bon appetit!
