Tucked away in Rozelle, this brand spankin’ new eatery focuses on contemporary, Euro-inspired plates of perfection, cooked over a wood charcoal parilla (aka a grill).
The menu is simple but delicious, offering dishes such as Sydney Rock Oysters (served with passionfruit and ginger jelly), Clarence River Octopus (paired with chorizo) and Ranger Valley Rump (complete with blue cheese cream). Trust us when we say that the 1kg T-Bone (rubbed with spiced salt) is worth unbuckling your belt for but save room for dessert because the Strawberries Marinated Three Ways is a must.
