The Resident is a Mediterranean-influenced restaurant, perfectly positioned in the heart of the CBD on College Street. With a fitout inspired by the restaurant’s view of Sydney’s Hyde Park, the minimalistic décor provides a pleasant backdrop for diners.

The interior boasts a relaxed atmosphere, with a focus on catering to all types of foodies through a range of dining options. By day, the café serves house-made organic bread and pastries as well as a seasonal lunch menu. By night, a tasteful mix of Mediterranean-inspired dishes grace the menu, alongside an extensive list of Australian wines to complement the meals.

Chef Pablo Tordesillas prides himself on ensuring only premium Australian ingredients are used to bring the flavours of the Mediterranean to life at this exciting addition to the Sydney dining scene.

The café is open daily from 7:30am - 3:30pm. The bar is open 4:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Saturday and 4:30pm-10:00pm Sunday.
