The Rooftop on top of Quarrymans Hotel in Pyrmont is giving us serious Coachella desert vibes (and an emphasis on all the vinyl tunes). If this one ends up being on your post-work pit-stop bucket list, we kid you not, you’ll actually feel like you’ve shot over to Palm Springs and ended up living your best holiday life.

This latest open-air terrace is forging all the blush-pink vibes, cacti and a bangin’ cocktail menu to boot. Interior-wise, you’re in for a solid treat with the make-up of this newbie all down to design guru Matt Woods (also responsible for the picturesque Bloodwood and Devon). 

As for the menu. it’s a homely ode to pub classics with lots of south-of-the-border influences including taco feeds, guac and buffalo wings for days. There’s also a pickle fried chicken burger with your name on it.

The drinks menu is long enough to leave you in the tragic position of needing to hit this gem up more than once to get through the entire list (oh the horror…). Craft beers are big here with Young Henry’s, Balter and Stone & Wood all chillin' like a villain and ready to wash down any mad feast you dig into.

You should also know these kids rock an apple cider slushie (yes hello, new summer drink, is that you?) packed with all the cracked ice and a special housemade syrup to give it another punch. So yeah, doubt we need to convince you anymore to hit this one up stat.
