The Sawmill is a neighbourhood Italian restaurant in West Pymble serving breakfast and dinner focussing on bright, simple flavours using the freshest seasonal ingredients. Come Friday night, the dining room is packed and if you’re looking for somewhere to host mum’s birthday, then this is your place. The service is snappy and the food is as good as (or better than) any Italian restaurant in the CBD. Order the eggplant for entree and then move on to the gnocchi for your main, but most importantly, order the doughnuts. The mountainous dessert will feed the whole table and the healthy drizzle of nutella will make all of your dessert dreams a reality.
