The Union Hotel has opened a new lounge bar and bistro to accompany its outdoor beer garden, so it's appropriate for all of the seasons. With spring upon us, you'll want to park yourself in the beer garden though, with a drink in hand. This local pub in Newtown is a favourite for craft beer, whisky, food and wine lovers and they offer a large range of craft beers with 20 on tap. Their bistro, run by head chef Michael Carter, provides not only your standard Aussie pub meals but also a few seafood dishes to mix things up.
