Located in Canley Vale, The Weston Eatery boasts a cool minimalist, warehouse vibe and a menu that has been created using only local, fresh and sustainable produce. The team at The Weston Eatery feed their customers food for the soul, so it’s important that we give you the low-down on the food.
They’ve got it all, from dirty waffles served with spiced pulled pork, a poached egg, maple syrup and BBQ sauce to the Zen garden made up of pearl barley, quinoa, spinach and goats curd topped off with a pomegranate dressing. Life is all about balance, after all. They also have their own version of macaroni and cheese and their signature dish—the crispy chicken burger with apple slaw, Sriracha mayo and kimchi. Suddenly, we think that we’ll be spending a lot of time in Canley Vale.
