The Wilton

The Wilton is the newest addition to Wollondilly Shire—a sprawling, family friendly bistro and bar tucked away in Bingara Gorge Golf Course. Just an hour from Sydney, the venue is offering serious incentive to take the fam on a drive.

With the capacity to accomodate up to 1000 people, this is no small-fry pub—alongside the restaurant, you'll find a dedicated sports bar, spacious beer garden, outdoor kids play area and terrace seating that overlooks the golf course.

For the menu, The Wilton is leaning back into the classic, country-style pub feed. Ingredients will be locally sourced and seasonal—their dry-aged beef program and on-site working garden supplying the kitchen with fresh produce daily. 

While the official opening isn't scheduled until April, this will be just one phase of many to expand the venue as the primary events and dining precinct for the area. Core dining and social experiences come first, with boutique accomodation, conference spaces and wedding facilities to follow.
