The verdict
Fitting well into the Paddington scene, Thirty Coffee is doing more than just making a great espresso, which they absolutely are. The bacon and egg roll by Nick O’Neill brings just what the doctor ordered with smoked milk buns, a soft-yolk egg, manchego-and-mango barbeque sauce, dark purple cabbage slaw and Black Market smoky bacon. This little secret is becoming a not so secret, packed with locals and B&E enthusiasts come the weekend.
