Three Blue Ducks
A collaboration between the Three Blue Ducks boys and Andy Allen (winner of MasterChef 2012), the Rosebery restaurant is their second Sydney outpost. The Argentinian grill sits firmly at their core and the subtle nose-to-tail ethos celebrates fresh and seasonal produce. Open for brunch and dinner (Wednesday through Saturday), the heritage space is light-filled and relaxed, with a vast industrial feel that is complimented by their large garden courtyard.
For breakfast, it has to be the chorizo and white bean cassoulet; for lunch, the free-range chicken wings with lemon fermented chilli sauce and for dinner; clams, slow cooked pig head, confit garlic & greens.
