The verdict
A wonder unto itself, Sydney Chinese restaurant, Tim Ho Wan has long dazzled every palate that it has come across. Arguably the king of dim sums, this food phenomena utterly deserves its shiny Michelin star. Yet wonder of wonders, this culinary delight is accessible to us all, dubbed the worlds ‘cheapest Michelin starred restaurant’ with a pleasant price range to match.
In the CDB Tim Ho Wan has kindly made for the dining experience to be a sit-down affair offering a reprieve for our weary legs. Fear not their famous fluffy pork buns are in the building flanked by the aesthetically top notch spinach and prawn dumplings (which taste even better than they look). Never to be complacent ,Tim Ho Wan’s golden lava dessert bun has made it onto the menu in all its rich and oozing glory. Ready for you, just you.
