Once upon a time toasties were a budget baller’s lifeline. Now they’re a fine dining dish that has pride of place at top restaurants like Bennelong or plain old winners like Dutch Smuggler. Well team, now there’s an entire café dedicated to your fave guilty pleasure, and yes, your life is officially peaking. 

Toastie Toast Co. isn’t just a cute name, it’s a cute AF café where hearty, carb-filled toasties and pimped-out toast are everything. Our top picks are the Margherita Pizza (because pizza) and the croque madame. The latter is a classic, stuffed with double smoked ham, secret sauce and cheese, with grilled cheese on top and sunny-side egg. We know what you’re thinking and yes, this is the perfect hangover cure.  

And because these guys love you, their espresso is by Five Senses, and cold drip and filters are by Sample and Marvell Street Roasters (for starters).
