Set on busy Military Road, Toshiya is a Japanese oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Cremorne Junction. The menu is full of dishes that are both non-traditional and classic, like the sashimi taco in a crispy gyoza shell holding down the fort for experimental Japanese food and seared salmon roll with avocado and spicy miso sauce for the sushi purists. In case you were wondering about dessert (of course you were), then we recommend the green tea brulée and red bean ice cream because we just can't go past a classic with a cheeky regional twist.
