The verdict
Former My Kitchen Rule sisters, Helena and Vikki Moursellas, have opened an open style kitchen within Civic Saloon. Located downstairs of Thai restaurant, Holy Basil, the food is a combination of modern Australian meets Greek and is decorated in a deco classic style.
With 39 dishes on the menu, dishes from their cookbook Taking You Home also feature. For the cheese lovers there’s the four-cheese croquette and for the burger aficionados there’s the Two-Fold signature burger of pulled lamb, eggplant, haloumi and grilled vegetables. Be sure to pair your meal with matching Greek wines and don’t forget to leave room for classic Greek desserts.
