The Verdict
Hidden in a car park in Parramatta, Uncle Kurt’s brings to the West the one thing it’s been missing. A secret bar (duh).
You won’t be able to find it on Google and good luck seeing any street signage, but if you’re lucky enough to stumble upon it, you’re in for a real treat.
The New York style dive bar dishes up deli style smoked meats, killer cocktails and hip hop beats. There’s craft beer and a hell of a lot whiskey, and those of you who love live music are going to love Freestyle Fridays.
