The Verdict

To be completely honest, this place is a gold-mine for any dessert aficionados out there however, it’s also standing evidence that the gigantic burger craze still lives on (in the best way possible).

V Lounge has undergone a major revamp and the team here is doing big things with all goods sweet. You’ll find a strong focus on Asian cuisine of the now so cue a menu studded with Asian street food influences fused with Western elements.

Heads up, no feed here is for the faint-hearted and even though we’d like to think we could take on an uber-size parfait glass packed with matcha-soaked sponge cake, mascarpone chantilly cream, matcha sauce and fruit called the ‘Tokyo tiramisu’ all by ourselves, you’ll probably want to bring some back up to help you finish these feasts off.

Matcha-appreciation is almost like a dedicated religion here so let’s introduce you the ridiculous dessert known as the matcha brick toast coated in honey, matcha sugar, filled with fruit, red bean and served with matcha gelato.
