While much of the dining scene in Cabramatta is known for its no-frills approach to food with stackable plastic chairs, mismatched furniture and some of the best street food around— newcomer Valet by V Lounge is differentiating itself with modern Pan-Asian fare and theatrical ‘dry-ice’ dishes, making this playful café the new place for anyone and everyone keen for a solid Instagram session.
The menu is every bit colourful and creative. Expect each dish to nail the Instagram brief — picture perfect and worthy of attention on any feed. Valet features an array of breakfasts, brunch and dessert dishes that marry the best bits of a variety of Asian cuisines. The star of the show has to be “Beach Balls” which brings to the table “edible” sand with sweet potato mochi and a blue butterfly pea flower custard. The tiramisu bingsu also warrants attention with Vietnamese coffee soaked sponge, vanilla milk bingsu, and mascarpone cream, dusted in cocoa.
For a special treat, split the matcha high tea with your brunch mate. The green feast comes with matcha oreo cheesecake, matcha cookie, matcha swiss-roll, matcha brulee, matcha gelato and matcha tea. And for maximum likes, be sure to snap one of their rainbow fruit teas characterised by over the top dry-ice theatrics.
