Once simply a home to all the fish in the sea, The Sydney Fish Market also houses its very own Vic's Meat Market. Offering wonderfully fresh cuts of meat, as well as a 'meat candy bar' pick and mix.
Plus, Vic's has just opened for dinner, so you can pluck one of their amazing cuts of meat straight from the Butcher, to be cooked to perfection over at the Smokehouse and Grill. Everything from scotch fillet, sirloin or even a rib-eye for two is up for grabs which you will of course need to pair with the mac n cheese chips (yassss really) and seasonal veggies for those who are inclined. Young Henry’s and vino will also be on the menu.
Their two-tonne meat smoker has been shipped in straight from brisket mecca, Kansas, USA and it’s the largest custom smoker is all of Australia–AKA you’ve never tasted anything like the meat that’s pumpin’ out of this bad boy.
The Smokehouse and Grill will be open Sunday - Thursday from 10am to 4pm, then Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm.
