Hidden behind a decoy banh mi shop frontage, Vinabar is a small CBD bar that packs big Vietnamese-inspired flavours.

60 handmade silk lanterns adorn the space and evoke the markets of Hoi An, while black and white marble across the bar and a handful of low tables adds a luxe element.

Cocktails look like a Vietnamese iced coffee martini with Viet coffee, vodka, condensed milk and shaved coconut, the Vinagroni with smoked pecan, gin, Campari and vermouth, and a signature rambutan martini with vodka, rambutan, lychee and forest fruits.

Elsewhere on the cocktail menu, expect smokes, nitrous-charged foams, and plenty of vibrant South East Asian ingredients, with cocktails available through to the 2am close, every night of the week.
