The latest addition to the healthy, sustainable food scene in Sydney is Wilde & Co.

Taking up the Darlinghurst corner that was once home to Edition Coffee Roasters, Wilde & Co is the new, super healthy kid on the block. Head here for a health kick, a city retreat and a seriously tasty menu made up of locally sourced, sustainable goodies from a former Heston Blumenthal chef.

Filled with greenery, this cafe is a sanctuary away from the busy streets of Sydney. An all-day breakfast menu is on the cards, along with Allpress organic coffee beans to brighten up your pre-work pit stop (these guys are the only café in Sydney serving up Allpress’ organic beans).

We’re also eyeing down Wild & Co’s condiments, which are all homemade from mixed berry preserves to almond butter and cashew nut cream cheese. And don’t miss their green pea and ricotta fritters with pistachio nuts, pickled beetroots, purple kale salad and red wine dressing—this dish is a must-try.
