Steered by famed chef Damian Head, Woodland Kitchen & Bar marries the best of the woodfire grills with refreshing Modern Australian flavours. Lining what has become a little bit of a foodie trail along Grosvenor Street, it’s THE destination for an indulgent and delicious meal in Sydney.  Now, while this Neutral Bay restaurant may have some stunningly find food, it’s all served without pretension by their friendly team. 

Stay cool with the sashimi tuna spring rolls and seared scallop salad, then turn up the heat with mains like the Mirrool Creek lamb rump and Tasmanian salmon, which have been prepared over slow burning iron bark timber. As you may have guessed, that wood fire cooking adds a gorgeous smokiness that really distinguishes this dining experience from the rest. And what’s a meal without dessert? With vanilla crème brulee and baked apple flan on the menu, we recommend pacing yourself so that you can really taste the best that this Neutral Bay restaurant has to offer.

Oh, and it’s not called Woodland Kitchen & Bar for nothing. The wine collection has been carefully curated with some of Australia’s finest drops featuring on the list as well as a host of International varieties specifically chosen by Damian himself to ensure that your beverage of choice perfectly matches your meal. And it wouldn’t be one of Neutral Bay’s best bars without a full cocktail list; perfect as an apertif or accompaniment to any dish.
